Winter Ballet Master Workshop with Yuri Ng 冬季芭蕾舞大師班
詩篇舞蹈中心（由澳門芭蕾舞藝術協會協辦）於2019年底舉行最後一場芭蕾舞工作坊，作為結束本年度的工作坊，今年我們委約了香港著名舞蹈家及編舞家伍宇烈 (Yuri Ng) 主持 「冬季芭蕾舞大師班」，今次非常特別和難得，Yuri會親自指導芭蕾舞Variations！詳情如下：
冬季芭蕾舞大師班
導師: 伍宇烈 Yuri Ng
伍宇烈六歲起隨王仁曼女士學習古典芭蕾舞。1976年起參與香港芭蕾舞學會演出。曾獲學會頒發Heinz Bozl獎學金前往英國皇家芭蕾舞學校深造。1983年加入加拿大國家芭蕾舞團為職業舞蹈員。1993年回港後專注編舞，曾跟多個藝術團體及組織合作。
1997年獲香港藝術家聯盟頒發「藝術家年獎—編舞」；1998年憑舞蹈作品《男生》獲法國Bagnolet編舞獎；2012香港舞蹈年獎中獲頒「傑出成就獎」及2013年獲香港藝術發展局頒發年度藝術家獎〈舞蹈〉。
近年參與的主要芭蕾舞作品包括：香港芭蕾舞學會《吉賽爾》及四十週年演出《天鵝湖》、香港芭蕾舞團《糊塗爆竹賀新年》、《新中國芭蕾--青蛙王子》、古典芭蕾冇有怕：《天鵝湖》篇與《仙履奇緣》篇。2006年為The Genée International Ballet Competition委約編創兩支獨舞，並於之後納入英國皇家舞蹈學院獨舞章考試課程。此外，伍氏亦曾為香港芭蕾舞學會過往多屆「芭蕾舞超新星大賞」擔任藝術總監和評審，以及為香港芭蕾舞團《丁香園》擔任服裝設計。
創作中包括為香港芭蕾舞學會籌備50週年紀念演出《睡公主》。
伍氏於2011- 2013年期間為香港小交響樂團駐團藝術家，其間為樂團創作及演出兩套《芭蕾音樂知多少》。現任合唱劇場「一舖清唱」聯合藝術總監。

以上任何有興趣人士都可參與。
*芭蕾Variation Class，參加者要先選擇一個自己想學或加深認識/技巧的芭蕾舞變奏（或當中任何一段落），帶到班上研究和得到導師指導。該節課不限任何形式，作觀摩或旁聽者也是歡迎報名。

Winter Ballet Master Workshop with Yuri Ng
Instructor: Yuri Ng (Hong Kong)
Born in Hong Kong, Yuri Ng began classical ballet training with Ms Jean Wong and later, at National Ballet School in Canada and (through the Heinz Bosl Scholarship awarded by the Hong Kong Ballet Group) Royal Ballet School in England. He was awarded the Adeline Genée Gold Medal from the Royal Academy of Dancing in 1983 before joining The National Ballet of Canada as a dancer. Since his return to Asia in 1993, Ng has choreographed for various performing companies and organizations including, Hong Kong Ballet, City Contemporary Dance Company, Hong Kong Dance Company, Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, Actors’ Family, Hong Kong Sinfonietta, Yam Pak Charitable Foundation, Zuni Icosahedron, Edward Lam Dance Theatre, Cloudgate Dance Theatre 2 (Taiwan), Performance Workshop (Taiwan), Godot Theatre (Taiwan), Singapore Dance Theatre, Singapore Arts Festival, Hong Kong Arts Festival, Archi-Tanz (Japan), Aiichi Arts Centre (Japan) and Macao Cultural Centre. Ng received the “Artist of the Year Award – Choreographer”, from the Hong Kong Artists’ Guild in 1997 and in 1998, he was awarded Prix d’Auteur at the 6th Rencontres Choreographiques Internationale de Seine-St-Denis (Bagnolet) with his choreography of Boy Story. He received the Hong Kong Dance Award in 1999, 2004, 2006 and 2008 by Hong Kong Dance Alliance. Recent creations include theatrical choral concert Rock Hard (in collaboration with Ng Cheuk-yin & Patrick Chiu) for New Vision Arts Festival, which won the 2009 CASH Golden Sail Music Award for the Best Serious Music Composition; A Soldier’s Story for Hong Kong Sinfonietta (Expo Shanghai 2010 Hong Kong Week Closing Performance); Firecracker (a Chinese New Year version of The Nutcracker) for Hong Kong Ballet; A series of Macao Tale: Dress, up to Dance, Have Steps, Will Travel and THE living ROOM for Macao Cultural Centre, etc.

*Variation Class: Participants have to select any of the ballet variations which you want to enhance your techniques and knowledge. The variation will be coached by the instructor. This session is also open for seat-in and observer.
