書本《出走___。》新書發佈會
透過作者區雁華在大學畢業後，用一年半的時間，由美國到歐洲接近三十個國家所親身經歷的不同故事及照片集合成書，內容真誠感人充滿啟發，滿是她在壯遊途中的獨特見解，透過在旅行中所遇到的人，事和文化差異等等，和自己長大的環境下作出對比。以澳門長大的九十後青年，在不同時期及不同地方旅活的特殊背景，反映出一種截然不同的生命態度，告訴太過安於現狀或自怨自艾的城市人，其實生活有很多種，旅行也是一種。用充滿感染力的文字及照片鼓勵新一代勇敢的踏出自己的舒適圈，勇於接受挑戰。
攝影展Living Souls / 人兒 簡介
攝影展的照片是我在二零一四年的旅行路上，針對來自不同國家及背景的”人”的紀錄。歐洲，中國，尼泊爾及西藏等地，透過捕捉人們的日常生活，表現來自不同文化及國家背景的人其不一樣的思想及行為表現。
照片中的人像大部分是在旅行上遇到的朋友及路上隨影。透過旅行，我經常以同理心的角度走入他人的生命中，每張照片都有她/他獨特的故事，我想讓你知道在這個世界上，有很多不同的生命正在努力生存著，追夢著，活著等。
城市中生活的我們，大家都太忙碌於自己的生活，抽一點點時間去認識一位陌生人，彷彿都是一種很奢侈的行為。我們甚少去關心這個社會，這個世界及圍繞著自己身邊的人。加上社會有一大堆制度及準則去界定一個人的好壞，是善良還是邪惡，是誠實還是狡猾。我們都在跟隨這些不知道是錯還是對的規則去看這個世界，去評定他人的一切。但我們都忘記，其實心靈的感受才是最誠實及正確的判斷。
想要真正地了解自己，便必需先學會感受身邊的一切，當一個人能夠學會接受及欣賞他人的靈魂，他才有機會了解及明白自己心的聲音。我希望而各式各樣的人生寫照，能夠掀起人心的悸動及激勵的作用，讓大家能看到最真實的自己。
"Move____." Book Introduction
Ao Ngan Wa, a girl from Macau who has volunteered and photographed her way around Europe and Asia for one and half years by couchsurfing (staying with friendly locals) and hitchhiking, writes about a totally different travel style to show the fearless character of the 90's generation. She brings to life the truly inspiring stories of her experiences on the road. The book aims to encourage people (particularly the people of Macau) to step out of their comfort zones and take challenges in life.
Living Souls
I took the photographies and portraits of the exhibition “ Living Souls” , when I was traveling in China, Tibet, Nepal , Sweden and Germany . The people in the pictures were either my couch surfing hosts or people I met on the road and passer-by strangers. Each pictures has their own story, I want to let you know that there are many different kinds of life out there surviving, dreaming, living or dying. And I hope that you can get some inspiration from my pictures.
Especially for people living in a city, everyone is too busy to get to know someone, we rarely care about others or stop to think about what is happening in the world. And there are many rules in a society to define if people around you are good or bad, naive or suspect, kind or dangerous. Yet no one can ever tell if those rules are correct?!
We human beings are united in our difference. And everyone has a soul. You can only feel and understand your own soul when you open your heart to embrace and accept the other’s difference.
