葡京人夜市作為澳門這個美食之都的新地標，為本澳美食的夜生活增添一個集美食、休閒、娛樂於一身的特色好去處。夜市參照了昔日「澳門皇宮」和「愛都酒店」的設計元素，讓食客在澳門懷舊景點的圍繞下享受美食，藉此展現出澳門多姿多彩的文化特色。
